Some guy from Lineage 2. I went all out with GIMP using every tool and knew and some I didn't. a total of a few hours work. Probably my best render so far as effects go.
Well this definently has to be the hardest and most complex effects render I have done to date XD took me over two hours of work for this render and what not, had to move many files to make it perfect, but here yah go Sasuke with his Chidori and Sharingan
